Pictures Painting is specifically designed to
enable users to create their own diagrams, images
and scenes. This Pictures Painting
Software puts together a lot of the things.

To this end there are Main menu items, arranged down
the left hand side of the window, to give quick
access to 20 items. There are over 250 drawing Tools
arranged in 19 Tool groups, 33 Filters, 35
Deformers, 32 Extras, 6 Textures with variations and
animation and more. Also Print preview, single Layer
merging, Draw mode, Zoom mode, Trace mode, Clipboard
functions, bmp, jpg, gif, png & tif loading and
saving, picture drag-drop onto exe or drawing
canvas, INI file to preserve recent files list, form
locations, saved colors and color scheme, etc.
Pictures Painting
The rather complicated set of buttons along the top
is again set up to give quick access to frequently
used functions. Hovering over almost every single
button and item shows a tool tip text.
